How can I contact you?

How much does UK delivery cost?

All orders over £90 have free delivery within the UK. For orders under £90, we charge a flat £4.00 rate for standard delivery (Parcelforce 2-4 working days). For next day delivery, we charge £6.00 (Parcelforce 24 hour service).

Do you deliver worldwide?

We sure do; we deliver worldwide to 78 countries including Europe, Middle East, US, Canada, Asia, Australia and New Zealand using DHL Express service and we charge a flat rate on £13.50 for Europe, and £15.50 the US and £19.50 for the rest of the world.

What payment methods does Active in Style accept?

Payments can be made via credit or debit cards as well as PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and our payment gateway is operated by Adyen.

Can I order by email?

Yes, you can email us at with details of your order along with a contact number and we will call you back. Please just have on hand the correct payment information as well as the styles/sizes you’d like to purchase.

Can I call you to ask for style advice and pay over the phone?

You certainly can, and we’d love nothing more than to assist you with style advice. We can place your order online in the same way you would.  We are not able to hold card details for customers.

Is it safe to purchase online from

Yes. Whether you are using your credit or debit card, you can be assured your payment is secure. Our payment gateway is Adyen, which also powers Uber, AirBNB and Netflix to name just a few. All card information is encrypted and we do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. However, if you are still concerned about placing your order, please contact and we can discuss an alternative method to place your order.

What size should I order?

We understand it can be hard to know what size to order so if you would like assistance with this please email Team Active in Style are expert activewear fitters, and pride themselves on the knowledge of each brand and style stocked by Active in Style; we will ensure you find your perfect fit.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a twenty-eight (28) day refund policy on all orders. This time frame of twenty-eight (28) days is from the day you receive the item. Simply mark your invoice with ‘refund’ next to the item you are returning and send it back to us at the following address:

You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for your return to reach us, then for it to be processed. We will ensure communication with you during this process.

Active in Style can offer free postage for your return. Please go to Royal Mail Returns to complete the form and download your postage label. Please note that free returns are applicable to UK orders only.

 Can I get a refund on a sale item?

Yes, we can offer a refund on a sale item. However, please make sure that it is returned to us in it original condition with labels intact. Please make sure that you return it within 14 days from when you receive the item. Items received after the 14 days will be refunded in the form of a credit note.

Can I exchange an item I’ve purchased?

We offer exchanges on all wearable goods. Please send back your item to us and state on the form what you would like to exchange it for. Please note that we can only exchange within the same value and where you require a different size or colour of the same style. Please note that additional payments can not be taken. If you would like other items then please send back your previous items as a return and then complete a new order online.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We pride ourselves on delivering you the highest quality activewear garments, and work hard to ensure all items sent out are in perfect condition. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at to discuss. If your item is faulty within 3 months of receiving it then we are able to offer you a full refund or replace the item where stock is available.  After 3 months we are only able to offer a credit note on any faulty items.
